Gil Lopez, an engineer by training, with specialties in the areas of audiovisual, security and information technology, is currently practicing in emergency operation centers, government and judicial projects, and various technology-enabled command and control centers.

Speaker bio:

Gil Lopez is experienced in project management in multi-discipline projects that integrate audiovisual, telecommunications, security, information technologies, and supporting peripheral technologies. Currently practicing in emergency operations centers, government and judicial projects, and various technology-enabled command an control centers. He volunteers in the community Emergency Operations Program, coordinating response activities and assisting with the maintenance and upgrades of the radio communications systems, as well as for the Fire Department during emergencies.
