This methodology will help you identify risks, which cannot be found with traditional risk identification techniques. With this technique you can find risk and fatal flaws in the plan/project at the beginning of the project so that you will have time to act on those and improve changes of success of your projects. This technique has been used in many industries like oil & Gas, Pharmaceuticals and construction which helped save 100’s of millions of dollars.
